FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS

1. Affidavit of support on Rs. 100/- stamp paper
2. Pass book (Savings, current balance) – (5 lakhs+)
3. Semi liquid assets (Total worth Rs. 20-30 lakhs+)

A. Fixed Deposits
B. Shares
C. Debentures
D. Stocks
E. Postal Savings
F. Bonds
G. Vikas Patras
H. L.I.C. (Take surrender value letter on LIC letter head from your D.O)
I. National Saving Certificates
J. Any other paper money

4. Income Tax Returns (3 years) [Total income of the sponsor should be above 5 lakhs plus per year. It is preferred that the parents show the entire income of Rs. 5.0 Lakhs per annum. If the parents are falling short, then please observe the following]

A. Primary Sponsor (Parents) :- 3.5 Lakhs+
B. Secondary Sponsor :- 1.5 Lakhs

(Please get the form 16 or the acknowledged copy of the form 2D/ITR. We do not need profit/loss statements, balance sheets or any CA certificates)

List of Document to be submitted for getting a Visa interview date: -

1. I-20 (Photo copy)
2. One draft (not from cooperative bank) for Rs. 7,205/- (favoring “US Embassy – Visa Fees”) or Cash
3. One draft (not from cooperative bank) for Rs. 374/- favoring “HDFC Bank a/c VFS” or Cash
(Both the above drafts/cash has to deposited at designated HDFC Bank branches and a receipt to be procured)
4. 1 photograph with light background both the ears should be visible (2’ x 2’)
5. Passport (1 Photo copy of front and last pages)
6. Completed visa forms
7. Copy of the SEVIS fee receipt. (can be paid online at https://www.fmjfee.com/index.jhtml )
